At N Faria, we hope you love every piece — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery on full-price items that are:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition with tags and packaging
Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
To start a return, please email nicole@nfaria.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We currently offer refunds to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation. If your return is approved, we’ll be happy to refund you or issue store credit — whichever you prefer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, wash, damage, or alteration. If a returned item is not approved, it will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Need a different size? Let us know — we’re happy to help you exchange your item for another, depending on availability.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Worn, damaged, or used garments
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, depending on your selection. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to reflect on your account.
🪡 Handmade Disclaimer
Each piece is crafted in small batches. Minor variations in stitching, texture, or silhouette are part of its handmade character and not considered defects.
